How it works

Each customer’s system uses standard SmartLock controllers and readers as well as a CanLan communications device. From SmartLock® Managed Access software installed on your PC, you can remotely connect to and manage up to 250 customer sites.
Your customers benefit from the peace-of-mind of knowing that a professional is taking care of their access control system and not worrying about having a dedicated PC at the site.
In return, you benefit from the recurring revenue of a monthly service contract — tailor made by you — for reporting, systemmanagement, and preventative maintenance.
