Wireless Air-485 Modem AIR-485 has been designed and optimized to work with Cansec products. This wireless modem conveniently and effectively eliminates communication wires going back to the host computer. Air-485 does not require software or application for configuration, and it is very easy to install and use. All you need is a master modem connected at your host computer via a USB cable, and a slave modem connected at your Cansec RS-485 aware access controllers or readers. It supports point-to-point and multipoint configurations as well as multiple networks per site.

Communication between slave and master modem is 128-bit AES encrypted adding another layer of security protection.
